Position Overview

As we head into the busy Christmas and New Year period, Randstad is currently seeking 10 energetic and reliable Labourers to join our team. We are partnering with key industry clients across the region to support increased workloads across Construction, Warehousing, Logistics, and General Site Operations.

Whether you're looking for consistent casual shifts, weekend work, or an opportunity to showcase your skills for ongoing roles into the new year, we want to hear from you!

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking adaptable candidates with hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Construction Labouring: Site cleanup, assisting trades, hand and power tool operation, manual handling.
• Warehousing & Logistics: Picking/packing, stock movement, container loading/unloading, inventory checks.
• General Labouring: Event set-ups, freight handling, landscaping, and general maintenance work.

Key Requirements

• Prior experience in construction, warehousing, or general physical labour.
• High level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling duties comfortably.
• Strong commitment to Work Health & Safety (WHS) standards.
• Excellent punctuality, reliability, and communication skills.
• Valid White Card & Asbestos Awareness ticket (highly regarded for construction sites).
• Forklift Licence (LF) or Heavy Vehicle Driver Licence (MR/HR) is a strong advantage!
• Full availability to work through the November, December, and January peak season.
• Reliable transport to get to various site locations.
